In Twilight Princess Link can check out the market at the city, but excuses keep coming up for Link NOT buy any of the goodies in the market (apples, flowers, and bread) so I decided to draw him getting flowers and thinking about buying an apple. I forgot to add bread. I guess I should have drawn Link stuffing himself silly with bread.

I actually thought that kind of details was rather cute (there are a lot of things about the game I thought was cute XD).

I ended up redoing a big chunk of the background because my perspective was off. Coloring took a lot more time than I planned and I forgot how to color full figures. Oops. I discovered different brushes so I abused that terribly.

I like the angle and composition.

And yes, why does Link keep putting apples down? Maybe I want an apple!

That's these kind of funny details that makes Zelda games so lively...

*fangirl squee* EEEEEeeeee!!! The finished version's sooooo niiiice. One of these days I need to buy TP.
Thank you! It was fun trying something a bit different even if it's just a fanart. Hahaha.

I want an apple too!!!! I also want to see Link steal bread or flower for once. He already steals money and stuff from random people's houses so why shouldn't he pick up something little like bread. XD

Yeah, it really shows the makers of the game put a lot of effort into creating a more lively world. I love little details. :D

Thanks!! You should definitely check out TP. It's a lot of fun to play and even if I'm not doing the main quest, I like to just roam around and explore, like with FFXII. I think in FFXII I spent more time exploring than making progress on the main story. XD
