Link and Zelda

First finished cg in 2011. An extremely late (like two years late) art trade for *zeldafanatic who wanted a Link x Zelda pic. She gave me this awesome picture about two years ago.

For this particular picture, I wanted to use the same cg method as my very last cg which is the Professor Layton pic. Unfortunately, it's been so long, I forgot how to color in that technique. Luckily, I save a couple of screenshots which helped me remember what I did. I guess the pic's not too horrible for being so out of practice?

I still have to do a proper background, but I figure I might as well post this now because who knows when I'll get to draw the background.

edit: I added the pattern on Zelda's gown and fixed Link's eyes.
edit 2: Fixed Link's ear and cleaned up some stray lines.
