It was surprisingly hard to find references for the Zora armor. I ended up getting help from some people from the Zelda LJ community. The design of the Zora armor is so awesome that I was tempted into drawing it. Going through the Water Temple in Twilight Princess, on the other hand, not so fun. The costume design of the Zelda series makes waaaaaay more sense than Final Fantasy, which might be the reason I had less trouble drawing this than those FFXII pics I did earlier this year. Helmet was the most fun to draw. My brain decided to quit so no background for now.
Hehe, thank you so much for your kind message and the fav! I do love the new armor design. My previous favorite costume was the red tunic from Ocarina of Time because Link looks good in red. XD
I'm glad you liked my depiction of the armor. The details were such pain to draw because there aren't any references online except for the ones found/made by the people in this LJ community I hang out.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
